Metal Detector - DM 1000

With the Ceraterm metal detector for conveyor belts, your productive process won’t be harmed by the presence of metallic pieces that cause machine breakage and interruptions in the production.

When the metallic object passes through the belt, the detector triggers a relay which causes the conveyor belt stop and at the same time triggers a audible alarm (horn), warning the operator that the belt is stopped, the metal must be removed to restart the process. The DM 1000 protects the equipment at a cost that represents a small fraction of the damage that may be caused by the breakage of the equipment causing extended production downtime.
